Operating System
Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
Build 19041+ recommended. Windows 7/8 not supported.
RAM
8 GB minimum
16 GB recommended for smoother performance.
Admin Rights
Required
Run the loader as Administrator — right-click → "Run as administrator".
Windows Defender
Must be disabled
Defender flags our loader as a false positive. Add an exclusion or disable before running.
Secure Boot
Must be disabled
Required for kernel-level products. BIOS → Security → Secure Boot → Disabled.
Third-party AV
Add exclusion or disable
Avast, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes etc. must exclude the Sapphire folder.
Step-by-Step Setup
Purchase your product & receive your license key
After completing your payment on our website, your license key is delivered instantly and automatically. You will receive it in two ways:
- Via the email address used at checkout
- Through our Discord bot — join our server and use the
#key-deliverychannel - In your Sapphire dashboard under My Licenses if you have an account
Prepare your PC — disable Defender & Secure Boot
Our loaders are kernel-signed and safe, but Windows Defender and third-party antivirus software will flag them as false positives. You must disable or exclude them before running.
Disable Windows Defender Real-Time Protection
Settings → Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → Real-time protection: Off
Add exclusion (alternative to disabling)
Windows Security → Virus protection → Add or remove exclusions → Add the entire Sapphire folder as an exclusion.
Disable Secure Boot (kernel products only)
Restart PC → enter BIOS (usually Del / F2 / F12) → Security tab → Secure Boot → Disabled → Save & Exit.
Download the Sapphire Loader
Log in to your dashboard or use the download link sent with your key. Each product has its own dedicated loader — do not mix loaders between different products.
- Download the
.zipfile from your dashboard → My Downloads - Extract the archive to a non-system folder (e.g.
C:/Sapphire/Valorant). Do not place on Desktop or Downloads. - If Windows blocks the extract, right-click the zip → Properties → Unblock → OK
Run the Loader as Administrator
Open the extracted folder. Right-click Sapphire_Loader.exe → Run as administrator. Do not double-click directly.
Enter your license key
Paste the key you received. It will be bound to your HWID on first use. Keep it safe — HWID resets are available from your dashboard.
Configure your settings
Use the in-loader menu to enable/disable features (Aimbot, ESP, Radar, etc.) before injecting. Hotkeys are configurable per-feature.
Click "Inject"
The loader will inject into the game process. Wait for the green "Injected successfully" confirmation before opening the in-game menu.
In-game: open the menu & configure
Once injected, launch or switch to your game. The Sapphire overlay will be active. Press the default hotkey to open the menu:
All hotkeys are rebindable inside the overlay menu under Settings → Keybinds.
You're live. Start winning.

Game-Specific Setup
Some games require extra steps before injection. Read the notes for your game.
Vanguard must be running
Valorant's anti-cheat Vanguard runs at kernel level and must be active before injection. Do NOT disable it — our product works alongside Vanguard.
Inject order: Loader first, then launch game
Run the Sapphire Loader and click Inject before opening Valorant. If the game is already open, close it, inject, then reopen.
Set graphics to Windowed Fullscreen
Our overlay renders best in Windowed Fullscreen mode. Full Exclusive may prevent the menu from rendering correctly.
Tested on: 1.0 → 9.x patches
Our Valorant products are updated within hours of every major patch. Check the status page after any game update.
Launch via Steam in normal mode
Do not use Steam's "Verify game files" right before playing. Launch PUBG normally through Steam, not the .exe directly.
Inject after reaching the lobby screen
Wait until you see the main lobby before injecting. Injecting too early (during loading) may cause a crash.
BattlEye is active — do not inject too early
PUBG uses BattlEye. Our products bypass it, but early injection before BE initializes can trigger a flag. Always wait for the lobby.
Works on all servers: EU, NA, AS
No regional restrictions on our PUBG products. All game modes supported: TPP, FPP, Ranked, Casual.
EAC bypass included — do not use with other tools
Our Apex product includes a full Easy Anti-Cheat bypass. Do not run any other injection tools simultaneously — this can cause conflicts and crashes.
Launch Apex via Steam or EA App
Both launchers are supported. Inject before the game loads the main menu for best results.
Inject before launching EFT
BSG's anti-cheat initializes very early. You MUST inject with Sapphire Loader before launching the BSG launcher. Order: Loader → Inject → Launch BSG → Launch EFT.
Check status page after every patch
EFT patches frequently. Always check the status page before injecting after a game update. We update within hours of every patch.
Disable Windows Game Mode
Settings → Gaming → Game Mode → Off. Game Mode can interfere with our radar overlay in EFT.
Launch via Epic Games Launcher only
Fortnite must be launched through the official Epic Games Launcher. Inject after the launcher is open, before clicking Play.
EAC is active — avoid obvious behaviour
Fortnite uses EAC. Our bypass is active, but unusually high KD ratios or obvious aimbot patterns can trigger manual reviews. Play smart.
General rule: inject before launching the game
For CS2, Rust, R6 Siege, Warzone and all other titles: run the loader and inject first, then open the game. Most injection failures happen because the game was already running.

Troubleshooting
Double-check for leading/trailing spaces when pasting the key. If copy-pasted correctly and still failing, the key may be for a different product. Ensure you're using the correct loader for the product you purchased. Contact support if the issue persists.
This is the most common issue. Windows Defender auto-deletes unknown executables. Disable Defender → re-download the loader → extract again → add the folder to exclusions. Then run the loader — do not turn Defender back on until after you've added the exclusion.
Close all other overlays (Discord overlay, GeForce Experience, RivaTuner). Ensure no other injection tool is running. Restart the game and inject before the main menu loads. Run the loader as Administrator. If Secure Boot is enabled in BIOS, disable it.
Usually caused by an outdated loader version after a game patch. Check the status page to see if the product is currently updating. If it's marked "Undetected", download the latest version from your dashboard. Running an old loader on a new patch will crash.
Set your game to Windowed Fullscreen (not Exclusive Fullscreen). Some games intercept the Insert key — try the alternative hotkey configured in your loader settings. Disable Discord overlay as it can conflict with our rendering layer.
Each license is bound to one hardware ID on first use. If you changed your PC or hardware, request a free HWID reset from your Dashboard → My Licenses → Reset HWID. One free reset per license per month.
